This can be done either over the phone, or we can come to your location. If you have a skilled technician on staff, remote phone installation assistance is included with our support and maintenance program. For larger installations, or if you need on-site technical assistance, our trained FleetSoft professionals can come to your location and install and configure your new software or hardware. One way to ensure a successful implementation is to have proper policy and procedures in place before you begin the installation of your software. We have experts which will come to your location(s) and conduct an analysis and provide a report of what should be done before the software implementation begins and assist with implementing those policy and procedures. Some of the major items the report highlights which should be addressed before software implementation begins are the parts and parts rooms need to be organized with min-max levels, cross references and vendors all loaded into the software to achieve maximum benefit from the inventory module. This will also assist in providing a better warranty program which when properly utilized puts money directly on the bottom line. Another area that is important to address before software implementation begins is your Preventive Maintenance schedule. Is your equipment receiving the necessary attention at the proper intervals?
