Job Title:
Marketing Coordinator
Established software/consulting company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement an aggressive marketing plan aimed at current clients, prospects and new target markets. Duties will include managing promotions and advertising campaigns, writing quarterly newsletters, updating website content, preparing direct mail pieces, tracking response rates, attending trade shows and other various marketing activities. Knowledge of PageMaker and any commercial database software is a definite plus. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration required and mininum 4 years of Marketing experience, Software industry experience a huge plus.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration and mininum 1 year of
Marketing experience. Software industry experience a huge plus.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ACT! (CRM Experience) and Microsoft Office a plus.
Must be a team player.
Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.
Responsibilities:
Strong time management skills.
Create verbiage and design of marketing mailers, brochures, and software package information.
Create verbiage and marketing material for web site.
Send out marketing mailers and document response rates.
Create and circulate quarterly newsletters to all existing customers.
Make arrangements for trade show events.
Building company relationship with existing customer base (through recurring newsletters).
Organize and enhance internet and suitable trade journal advertising.
